Original Summary
Hey Keeping a consistent character across different AI models is a massive headache. If you do faceless YouTube videos or AI art, you know the struggle: you end up with a messy Google Doc full of --cref URLs, random seed numbers, negative prompts, and aspect ratios. Every platform (Midjourney, Veo, Kling, Runway) requires completely different syntax, and formatting them wrong wastes valuable API credits. I wanted a standalone web app (not a browser extension) to manage this, so I built Persona Studio. How it works: Centralized Persona Vault: You define your master character once (face, body type, default outfit, hair). The Compiler: You select the target generator, type in what the character is doing (e.g., "drinking coffee"), and the app compiles a token-efficient, perfectly formatted string tailored exactly for that model's syntax. The Tech Stack: I built the core application using Next.js and managed the complex relational data for character traits and platform rules using Node.js and PostgreSQL with Prisma. The Goal: Turn a frustrating 15-minute trial-and-error process into a 5-second workflow, saving both time and wasted generation credits. I’m currently running a $49 Lifetime Deal to get some early adopters on board and fund the server costs before switching to a monthly SaaS model. I’d love to get feedback from other builders on the prompt-compilation logic or the UI/UX.
