Coding the product was the "easy" part. Now that it’s actually live and working, I’m staring at a blank analytics dashboard and realizing that building it was only 20% of the battle. For those of you who built a SaaS from scratch and got your first 10, 50, or 100 users: what actually worked for you? Did you do cold outreach? Post on X? Build in public? Launch on directories?
