Original Summary

Judgement Day is a little side project of mine (along with the other apps you will find on the site): zoom from the whole Earth into any real city, pick how it ends (nuke, meteor, black hole, an Independence Day ship, or a tornado) and watch the buildings blow apart into particles. It's free and runs in your browser. I posted it recently and people were kind enough to give me feedback. Off the back of it, cities now load a lot faster and the terrain has real elevation instead of being flat. Ive also added a new feature so you can stand and watch from any position. AND if you are on a phone, you can then hold your phone up and watch it in pseudo augmented reality. Still deciding whether the all-grey look stays or the cities get real textures. Would love to hear what you think, and hope you get a laugh out of blowing up your own street! https://altroadstudio.com/judgementday submitted by /u/timcorin [link] [comments]
