Original Summary
I kept losing track of multiple coding agents running at the same time, so I built a visual way to manage them. I also really like D&D/RPGs, so instead of building another dashboard full of status badges, I turned the whole thing into a pixel-art guild. Each Claude Code, Codex, Kiro, Gemini or Cursor agent becomes a hero, and its room changes depending on what it's actually doing: working, waiting for me, done, or rate-limited. I also represent the remaining usage/credits of each harness as the guild's HP . As your Claude/Codex/Kiro limits get consumed, the HP bar goes down. If an agent hits its limit, it gets exhausted and goes to rest in the infirmary until it resets. You can reply to agents, approve permissions, inspect diffs and open their terminals directly from the guild. I'm now experimenting with taking the RPG metaphor further: quests become development tasks, guild members have roles, and multiple agents can work in isolated git worktrees before their changes are verified and integrated. Built in Rust/egui, local and fully open source. GitHub: https://github.com/JoseValencia125/agents-pixel-dungeon submitted by /u/NachoV125 [link] [comments]
