One thing I implemented on my SaaS is a backend portion to my site that collects first party data. Only relying on GA4 doesn't paint the full picture like first party data. If you've ever worked in Shopify, there's a ton of reports that give you things like cohort analysis, churn, timelines, LTV, and all sorts of charts. I'm a visual person so being able to break up the data into a way that I can easily understand has really helped.
