The app links replacement filter dimensions and spare parts directly to the unit profile so she knows what to buy before leaving home. It also serves commercial technicians managing spare inventory across customer sites. Basic equipment tracking works with no signal: records, work orders, PM schedules and service logs all run on the phone. AI scanning and diagnostics need a connection.
