Original Summary
Before most appointments with my therapist, they have me fill out a questionnaire that is based on Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS) and DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale - 21 Items). I find it hard to really summarize the last two weeks when doing this without it really being biased for what happened in the last day or two. I didn't see an existing tool or app that did this sort of daily tracking and then summarizing what you log in the last two weeks into suggested answers for the questionnaire, so asked Antigravity to help create a quick web app to do that. If anyone else finds this helpful feel free to use it or adapt it into something bigger, just thought others might have the same recency bias issue with these questionnaires. All data is stored locally in your browser, so not portable between devices but at least data is somewhat protected (at least that's what Gemini tells me 😬 ) https://xristek.github.io/Personal-ASRS-and-DASS-tracker/ submitted by /u/xristek [link] [comments]
