Original Summary
Side project I've been building: a full product operating system as a native Notion template. The build: I generated 11 CSVs (Goals, Roadmap, Backlog, Sprints, Releases, Feedback Inbox, Experiments, PRDs, Retros, Changelog, Metrics), imported them as Notion databases, then created 10 relation properties mapping every row via ID columns — e.g. every backlog item links to exactly one roadmap item, every roadmap item to a goal. Added board views (Roadmap by horizon, Backlog by status). Published as a duplicable site and submitted to the Notion template gallery, free Lite version + $49 full version. The free Lite (Roadmap + Backlog, the core loop): https://eight-lark-8d2.notion.site/PM-Command-Center-Lite-3f97977933df80feb695e8a21e9d00db Hardest part was honestly the relation mapping UI at 30+ rows per database — one bad mapping poisons the whole chain. Happy to share what I learned about structuring relational templates if anyone's building similar. submitted by /u/Lanc3lot_ [link] [comments]
