I built a place everyone can go to. I'm proud I'm giving people a safe place to vent their thoughts and fears — or share happiness they can't tell anyone else. This is a project I wanted to do for 20 years and everyone told me no. Every person I brought it to said you can't do it, you don't have a degree, you don't have enough money. I built it anyway, scared, because the fear of someone hurting themselves with nowhere to go was greater than my fear of failing. No accounts, nothing saved, no AI — I ripped all of it out. So I walked through my fear and built the site, and now people are using it.
