Original Summary
Hey everyone! 👋 I’m Liam, an intern over at ManyFast . We’re a product team originally based in Korea, and we’re currently testing out our English version to see how international teams approach product planning and collaboration. While studying how teams work together, one recurring issue we keep seeing is the bottleneck around PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and team communication. Whether it’s documents getting outdated, team members not reading long spec sheets, or ideas getting lost in translation between product managers and developers. it often feels like product planning slows down momentum instead of speeding it up. At ManyFast, our main goal is to solve that bottleneck and make product planning feel much more human, streamlined, and friction-free . Since I’m learning the ropes and exploring how different teams operate: How does your team currently handle PRDs and feature planning? Do you run into major bottlenecks when sharing requirements across your network/team? What’s the biggest headache you face when trying to keep everyone aligned? I'd love to hear your thoughts, experiences, or any advice! Feel free to check out what we're building if you're curious, but mostly I just want to hear how you all tackle this. Thanks for reading! 🙌 submitted by /u/liamtje14_je [link] [comments]
