Original Summary

Quick update since my first-$62 post this morning. v4.9.0 went live yesterday and v4.9.1 is already submitted for review. The fun one in 4.9.1: home screen widgets now follow your theme. Pick the receipt theme and the widget looks like an actual receipt, with serrated edges, a barcode and a red stamp. Bear theme? The widget is a bear head and the two buttons are its eyes. There's pixel, cyberpunk neon, Christmas snow, Halloween spider webs... and it shows which ledger you're logging to. iPhone, Android and HarmonyOS all get it. 4.9.0 added voice time recognition for todos. Say "remind me tomorrow at 3pm" and it just knows. Works in English and Chinese. Also fixed an annoying Android issue: reminders are now written to the system calendar, because OPPO and vivo phones kept killing my app's alarms. Let the OS handle it. Still a solo dev, still building in public. https://penvo.pro submitted by /u/ImportantNetwork8804 [link] [comments]
