Original Summary
Renting is a stressful process and there is a lot of unknowns. It's impossible to see past price histories of the unit you are looking for. How do you know if the posted rent is actually a good deal? Looking for newly listed deals is a tedious process... there are rarely good notification services. So, I decided to take a stab and built predict.rent It’s free to use, covering 42,600+ buildings across the U.S. and has over 1.3 million apartments. I’d love to hear what you think, especially if you’re apartment hunting right now. What would make it more useful to you? submitted by /u/Sergunchik [link] [comments]
