Here's the gist of it! Two week lookahead - A day-by-day list or a Gantt-style timeline. Tasks are colour-coded by status and priority. Daily site notes - One page per day per job. Type what happened, add photos, and it saves automatically. Files & folders - Keep drawings, permits and site photos organized by job name. PDF exporting - Turns lookahead into a clean Gantt chart PDF to send to the GC or owner. Mostly looking for feedback, I set it up with a 2 week trial (no CC required).
