Is anyone else experiencing repeated rejections when submitting campaigns to Twilio? We provide the same SMS service to all our clients. When we submit a campaign for approval for a new client, which is exactly the same as every other campaign that has been approved in the past, it is rejected for new reasons. When we "correct" the campaign and resubmit, it is then rejected for additional reason that were true on the first submission, but not identified in the first rejection. On average, it is taking us 3-4 turns to get anything approved. Our Twilio AM suggested this morning that we pay extra for a service that would make their service less terrible. Now I am looking for a Twilio alternative. Has anyone else had this experience? Did you find a way within Twilio to solve it?
