Original Summary
I’m not looking for clients and I won’t DM anyone to pitch. I’m just researching. I’m planning to offer freelance Customer Success support to startups and scale-ups. Before I build anything, I want to understand how founders and leaders actually handle this, because I suspect the way I’d package my work isn’t how people want to buy it. Say you’ve noticed a retention or expansion problem: customers leaving, renewals getting shaky, or growth from existing accounts stalling. Where do you go for help? Do you try and work it out yourself? Like using Reddit or AI? Do you bring in an outside person? Or hire someone full time? Would you buy a tool that hopefully solves it? Who do you ask for recommendations? TIA for honest answers. submitted by /u/SenseCS9 [link] [comments]
