I’m curious about how developers investigate user behaviour after people start using their products. When someone signs up but never becomes an active user, or a feature doesn’t seem to get used as expected, how do you figure out what’s happening? I’m particularly interested in what you do in practice. What tools or data do you check first? How do you identify where users get stuck, and how do you find out why they’re leaving or not converting?
