I just needed a simple tool for users to make feature requests and upvote other peoples' feature requests. I used Upvoty, which was $15/mo when I started. Then they raised their prices to $25, and then unannounced raised their prices to $50. It's such a small tool and I was so angry I paid $50/mo for 8 months before noticing. They refused a refund because they said they posted about the price increase on their website. BS -- you gotta email me when you increase prices.
