Original Summary

The problem: In India, a lot of tech hiring starts with a LinkedIn post like "My team is hiriing, DM me for a referral". It gets reach for a day and then it is buried under more posts. And you can't search for it easily. What I built: TechReferrals, a free list of such posts and opportunities. Tech Stack: Next.js on Vercel, Supabase 3 weeks in: 497 posts on the website and 10k+ users have used it.
