Original Summary
As far as breathwork goes, I knew some basic techniques, but didn't use them too often. At a certain point, my nervous system felt jacked up from stress at work, caffeine, and my racing thoughts. So I worked with AI to make a simple app for breathwork . Nothing too heavy duty, just simple guided exercises to reduce stress and get centered. I wanted to make something super simple to use. Like, you just open the app, and you are using it already. Done. It takes like 5 minutes a day. And you can track your progress with little notes to self. My thing is, I didn't need a crazy psychadelic breathing experience which releases past-life trauma, and that is mostly what I found on youtube. I mean, that stuff is cool, but in general, I don't want to be on any social media and I need to be efficient with my time. My goal was to have something in my pocket at a click of a button to get my breathing right. So I could sit in a tense corporate meeting to steady my nerves, feel relaxed, and keep my focus dialed in. To my surprise, this thing has had a lot of benefits. My stress levels are reduced, career and side projects are coming along with less friction, exercise routines are more effortless, and my love life is trending way up. All from just a little app that helps me practice breathing and relaxing my body. submitted by /u/Business-Context-356 [link] [comments]
