Original Summary
I wanted a way to capture emotions in the moment instead of staring at a blank page in my journal every night, so I built Adapt. The starting point can be one text: “Had lunch with an old friend. I missed this.” You send that message to Taylor, the automated journaling companion, in Messages. The text becomes a conversation, and that conversation becomes a journal entry you can read and edit in the app. The part I care about is keeping the small details that get lost by the end of the day. You can choose which entries Taylor can recall and review, correct, or remove saved memories. It’s on iPhone: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/adapt-journal-you-can-text/id6754503701 Texting is a paid feature after the introductory access. Would a conversation help you get an entry started, or would you prefer to send a thought and leave it at that? submitted by /u/BornOcelot3499 [link] [comments]
