Hey all, I’m learning Dutch, and reading the news was always a slog: too hard to enjoy, but I didn’t want to just translate everything into English. So I built Simplify , a Chrome extension that rewrites any webpage at your CEFR level (A1 to B2) while keeping it in the same language. It’s not a translation, just easier Dutch. It made reading the news much less of a chore for me. It’s free if you bring your own OpenAI or Claude API key.
