Hey everyone, I have been working on Mercia, an application that lets you track emails, link clicks, and resume interactions. This idea came from wanting to know whether someone had opened an email I sent or clicked on a link in it, instead of just sending emails and having no idea what happened afterward. You can track email opens, link clicks, and resume views in one place. I initially had job applications in mind, but I can see it being useful for cold outreach, sales, and networking too. I built it using Next.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and Hono. Now I am trying to figure out two things: 1. How would you monetize this? Would you go with a freemium model with limited tracking, a monthly subscription, or something else? And who do you think would actually pay for a tool like this? 2. What features would make you want to use it? I have been thinking about adding more features, but I do not want to keep building things nobody needs.
