Hi Everyone, I am a new Saas creator with absolutely zero tech background. I have 200 new users, 4 paid after launching in August. Which I know is small, but I am just excited to have users at this point 🤣. I am operating a Saas which has a good following on social media, decent potential, but I am noticing a lot of people who sign up for a free trial and never come back. I have a welcome email, email verification, a “nudge email”, trial reminders at 3,5, and 7 days. I also have a feedback survey, and a win back which offers 3 more days of a trial for users who were not engaged during the trial. The ones who do use it after onboarding seem engaged, and even try to get multiple free trials. I’ve gotten feedback via socials that it’s a great product. But it’s getting people to experience it or remain engaged after signing up that I am struggling with. I believe my weak point is onboarding. It’s just a tour through the app not having them use the core product first. I am between product fruit and userpilot and I am revamping the onboarding to engage users. Anything else I am missing?
