I've been building an AI agent called Linky that helps people find relevant people based on what they're actually looking for. Instead of searching profiles manually, you can describe what you need and Linky searches the network, evaluates relevant signals, and explains why someone might be a good match. The interesting problem I'm stuck on: How should an AI decide that two people are worth connecting? A keyword match isn't enough. Someone can have the exact skills you're looking for and still be completely irrelevant. I'm experimenting with skills, projects, experience, interests, goals and intent. If you were building this matching system, what would you prioritize?
