Original Summary

I've been noticing something while talking to founders here. A lot of us spend weeks changing features, redesigning landing pages, or rebuilding parts of the product because signups or customers aren't coming in. But sometimes the product isn't actually broken. The problem is that the right people never see it, or they don't understand why it matters. I'm curious if anyone had a moment where they stopped blaming the product and realized the real bottleneck was distribution, positioning, pricing, or something completely different. What changed, and what happened after you figured it out? submitted by /u/anshhh_0 [link] [comments]
