This started as a side project at my company and now our lead wants to have a real budget. That’s why we're looking at a client portal for about 300 outside users across 25 client companies, plus 15 internal staff. Softr is one option we're looking at, but I want to make sure the user and permission setup fits the plan, not just the demo. Right now, I'm tracking logged-in users, roles, data source costs, and paying by the month versus by the year. How do you tell what's included from what's extra or metered?
