Hey everyone! A few months ago, I built a side project called The Felt for our local home poker game, and figured I’d share it here. My friends and I play poker pretty regularly, and we always had the same conversations about who’s actually the best player, who’s been winning lately, and who’s just getting lucky. But we never really had a good way to keep track of everything. So I decided to build something for us. The Felt is basically a poker tracking app for home games and friend groups. You can: - Track poker sessions, buy-ins, cash-outs, and results - Create private groups for your home games - See leaderboards, rankings, and player stats - Track rivalries and head-to-head records - Keep a history of past games - Compete for records and bragging rights I originally made it just for our group, and my friends have actually been using it ever since. It’s been pretty cool seeing something I built for our own use become a regular part of our poker nights. I haven’t really promoted it or done much with it outside of our friend group, so I figured I’d finally put it out there and see what other people think. Fair warning: I built this several months ago, and I think the login/signup flow might be a little broken right now.
