I started writing a notebook app for the iPad because I wanted one thing that didn't exist: Obsidian-style links, but on handwriting. It exists now. You write with the pencil like in any notebook. Then you lasso a word, tap "link", pick a note, and that circled word is a wikilink. The other note shows "mentioned in" with your page.
