Hey everyone, For the past couple of years running client projects, I realized something painfully common among freelancers and boutique agencies: We are great at building websites, writing code, or designing interfaces... but our actual business operations are an absolute mess. We can easily do it as a formal Change Order for $1,200, or we can swap it for another feature to keep your budget identical. Which do you prefer?"
