Original Summary
I've been working on something for Windows for the past few weeks, and I'd love some honest feedback. The idea is simple: every click, scroll, and keystroke can play a really soft sound. Think tiny bubbles, soft taps, and quiet thocks. Nothing loud or like a mechanical keyboard. While building it, I found another use for it: Screen Recordings. Most screen recordings don't capture the little sounds of clicking and typing. Adding them makes tutorials and demos feel more alive and can help viewers follow what's happening without a voiceover. I'm curious about two things: Would you actually use something like this on your everyday PC, or would it get annoying after a while? If you make screen recordings or tutorials, would having click and typing sounds baked into the video be useful? I'm the developer, so I know I'm biased. Please be honest, even if you think it's pointless. I'd rather hear that now than after spending another month on it. submitted by /u/Gaurvv [link] [comments]
