Hey guys I am 19 years old I am studying Computer Science. I really want to build a SaaS. I want to build a SaaS that solves a real problem. My background is entirely technical. I have basically zero business experience. Every time I try to brainstorm an idea I hit the wall. Either someone has already built a tool for it or it does not exist because no one really cares enough to pay for a solution. Everyone repeats "solve your problem" or "find pain points" but as a developer living in a tech bubble how do you actually find what normal people or businesses are struggling with? I am also very stressed about spending months building something that may not even make enough to cover server and API bills and that is a real problem. If you started out as a programmer, with no business intuition how did you train yourself to spot real paid problems?
