Original Summary
After building with AI for a while, I stopped trusting “everything is working” as the final step before launch. The things I now check fall into a few buckets: Access and permissions Data persistence and recovery Payments and external services AI/API cost controls Failure states and error handling Monitoring Rollback/recovery Basic launch readiness What surprised me most was how many of these issues weren’t obvious from simply using the app normally. I eventually turned my own checklist into a 20-point launch audit because I wanted something repeatable before shipping anything. I made it free if anyone here wants to use it: https://tovrilo.carrd.co/ I also built a larger paid system around the same process, so to be transparent this is my own project. But the audit itself is free and useful without buying anything. Interested in what other SaaS founders would add to that checklist. submitted by /u/Jealous_Line_7426 [link] [comments]
