Original Summary
I'm a founder building Rootlence, an AI platform for L1-L4 tech support. You describe an issue (voice + screen capture). It confirms it understood, investigates the code and database, writes an RCA, and proposes a fix on a branch. A human approves before anything is deployed, no exceptions. I built it because senior devs were burning hours on investigation. I want them reviewing fixes, not hunting for causes. Three questions: Is investigation the real bottleneck in your ticket-to-fix cycle? What would make you trust an AI-proposed fix enough to review it? Any teams with big .NET/Angular systems open to a pilot? It's early, and I'm after blunt feedback more than users. Ask me anything. submitted by /u/Shreeintech [link] [comments]
