I've been building Cipher, a personal finance app for Android. It automatically turns supported bank SMS and payment notifications into transactions, so users don't have to manually enter every expense. It's completely offline-first. Financial data is processed and stored on the device, with no account or cloud backend. The project is also open source. It's live on Google Play with a free tier and a Pro plan, and I've recently started getting my first paying users. Still figuring out pricing, distribution and how to get more people to discover it.
