Most analytics stop the second someone hits Reject. I got tired of GA4 going dark, so I built Pulse. Pageviews and clicks stay on either way. No tracking cookie. IPs are used for coarse geo, then discarded. Uniques are a daily hash, so it is an estimate, not a person. You click the element on the live site and it binds the click. No GTM.
