Original Summary

not sure if this is allowed here, mods feel free to delete. so for the past few weeks i’ve been building a chrome extension for linkedin, mostly because i’m honestly terrible at replying to people. someone messages me, i read it, i think “i’ll answer properly later” and then it’s a week later and replying feels awkward so i just... don’t. it’s a little blue ball that sits in the corner of linkedin and tells me who i owe a reply, and it writes a first draft that actually sounds like me. i still hit send myself, it doesn’t do anything on its own. i really didn’t want to make another one of those spam bots. it’s been a dumb few weeks tbh. linkedin made me do a “prove you’re human” check because i tested it too hard on my own account(now is 100% safe), and google rejected it from the chrome store this week because my description had a list of job titles in it lol anyway it went live on product hunt today. i don’t have an audience or anything so it’s pretty much me and whoever reads this. if you have a minute to look at it and tell me what’s bad about it i’d really appreciate it. even “this is useless” helps. and if you actually like it, an upvote would honestly make my day. launch day is the only day anyone sees it, so every single one counts right now. https://www.producthunt.com/products/oru-2 also genuinely curious, do you guys struggle with this too or is it just me submitted by /u/Livid-Aside-3323 [link] [comments]
