Original Summary
I’ve been working on something called Wiqo, and the first version is finally on the App Store. The idea came from a simple frustration. Why do I need to open a remote desktop app, navigate through windows, and manually click around just to get something done on my computer? Why can’t I just tell my phone, “Find that document on my Mac” or “Close Chrome,” and let an AI agent handle it? That’s what I’m trying to build. Wiqo is an iPhone app designed to connect AI with real tasks. Instead of only answering questions, the goal is to let it interact with your computer, use tools, and help you get things done even when you’re away from your desk. The iOS app is already available, and the Mac companion is getting close to its full release. I want to be transparent about something: the version currently on the App Store is an earlier build. I’ve been working on a much bigger update that isn’t live yet. It’s still early. There are rough edges, and I’m actively improving the experience. I’m an independent developer, and I know I’m building in a space with some incredibly strong products. But I believe there’s still room for a simpler, more accessible way to get things done with AI. I’d genuinely appreciate some early users who want to try Wiqo, share their experiences, and help shape where it goes. And I’m curious: If you could tell your computer to do one thing while you’re away from it, what would it be? I’d love to hear your ideas, criticism, or even things that don’t work as expected. iPhone app: https://apps.apple.com/app/wiqo/id6814282486 Free tier available, with an optional Pro subscription. Thanks for checking out something I’m putting a lot of work into. submitted by /u/NoCapital9158 [link] [comments]
