Original Summary

Hey all, I've been building Stamly, a booking and loyalty platform for hair salons. It's close to launch, so I wanted to share it here and get some honest feedback. The problem: an empty chair is an hour a salon never gets to sell again. Most no-shows happen because people simply forget, or because cancelling is a hassle. And most booking systems stop at the booking - they give customers no reason to come back. What I built: Customer app - find your salon, book in seconds, move or cancel yourself. Login is just your phone number and a 6-digit code, no password. Loyalty built in - customers earn points for what they pay, with tiers and rewards the salon sets up. Points are added automatically when the appointment is completed. Stamly Business - a separate app for staff: today's schedule, timeline calendar, customer cards, checkout and walk-ins. Web portal - for owners: calendar across staff and locations, customers, reports. Stack: React Native / Expo for both apps, Next.js for the site and portal, Supabase for the backend. Permissions are enforced in the database, so the apps and the portal can't disagree about who is allowed to do what. Where I am: the site is live, the apps are about to be submitted to the App Store and Google Play, and I'm onboarding the first salons by hand. What I'd love feedback on: How did you get your first paying customers for a B2B product aimed at small local businesses? Salon owners are not on LinkedIn. Does it make sense to lead with loyalty as the differentiator, or is "booking system" what owners actually search for? Video of screenshots attached.
