Original Summary
Wondering if it's common in RE investing to partner with someone who is willing to put up the money for down payments on rentals so we can do higher volume. The division would look like.. One partner gets the hard money loan under their name to purchase the property, handles the rehab, gets tenants in, refinances out of the hard money loan under their name, and manages the property ongoing. One partner funds the down payments for the hard money loans. Obviously capital partner gets paid back right away after it's rehabbed and refinanced, and then whatever other kind of mutually beneficial arrangement they want to work out from there Thoughts? submitted by /u/UnusualAd3207 [link] [comments]
