Original Summary

I built Straiv, an iPhone and Apple Watch app with an AI coach called Arnold, and I'd really like honest feedback from people who don't know me. The idea is one coach that sees everything. Your workouts, food, sleep and Apple Health data end up in the same place, and Arnold looks at all of it before he tells you what to change. He builds a program with you in chat, you review it and import it, and then he adapts the plan as you log. On the watch you get guided runs that follow the planned session interval by interval, and afterwards you see plan vs actual. What's hard right now: Most of my App Store reviews are from friends. That's nice, but it doesn't tell me much. Fitness apps are a crowded space, and I'm not sure "one coach with all your data" comes across in the first few minutes, or if it just looks like another tracker. What I'd love feedback on: Is it clear from the App Store page and the first screens what it actually does? Would you trust an AI coach to change your training plan, or would you rather it only suggests? What would make you delete it after day one? It's free to download. Premium is $9.99 a month or $69.99 a year and unlocks unlimited Arnold, guided runs and full analytics.
