Mark Cain, 45, of Fern Hill in Dersingham, appeared before magistrates in Norwich earlier, accused of her murder. He did not enter a plea during the hearing and will return before a judge on Thursday. "We are devastated by the loss of our beautiful Hannah," the family said. They added: "We are incredibly proud of the woman she was and of the great care she took of all her patients who knew her as Dr Terry.
