Original Summary

Blatant self promotion follows: My first app (vibecoded) has just been approved in its macOS version. iPad version hopefully out of review soon. I made Via because there’s a trip to France from London I make which has quite a few variables and writing out a note with all the permutations of cost and arrival time made my brain melt. That’s basically the impetus. It aims to translate free text trip planning notes into structured entities. For instance, one flight number is an option, a hop (London to Munich) can hold many options. A journey can be made of multiple hops. A route is one complete permutation through a journey. Things that have properties and interact with other like-things within a hierarchy. Use the app to find which is the cheaper route, the route that takes less time or the route that gets you there first. As I say, made using Claude Code, though I have stress tested it and checked many edge cases. It has an indefinite or unlimited free trial, with a one-time payment of £5.99 (and regional equivalents) to unlock more than one simultaneous journey. Via on the Mac App Store Thanks all! Feedback very much welcomed and greatly appreciated. submitted by /u/Rich_Carpet1615 [link] [comments]
