I kept using YouTube's lo-fi videos to focus, but the browser tab was always a distraction for me. So I built Flowdoro, a small Windows desktop app (Tauri and vanilla JS) where the ambient video lives inside a Pomodoro timer and pauses and plays with it. You can use local files or YouTube links, and it has tasks and a daily focus streak.
