Original Summary
I’ve been thinking about the gap between getting a signup and getting a paying customer. You can easily see: Visitor → Signup → Payment But the interesting part is everything in between. A user signs up, tries the product, maybe visits the pricing page, and then disappears. How do you actually figure out what happened ? Do you look at funnel analytics, session recordings, user interviews, product events, or payment data? And when you find a drop-off, how do you determine whether it’s a product problem, pricing problem, or onboarding problem ? Curious how other SaaS founders approach this. What works well for you, and what still feels like guesswork? submitted by /u/mrjaspergames [link] [comments]
