Original Summary
Hey everyone 👋 I've been working on Rawtoh ( https://www.rawtoh.io ) for a while and I think it's time to show it to people who aren't me. TL;DR: you write small scripts (or ask an AI to write them) that react in real time to what happens on your stream, and your mods get buttons in their browser to trigger things. I'm looking for testers! Why I built it Stream automation tools usually live on the streaming PC, so only the streamer can touch them. Your mods can't switch a scene or play a sound without remote access or a hardware deck. And when something misfires mid-stream, good luck figuring out why. What you can do with it React to anything, in real time. A chat command, a sub, a raid, a button press: the event comes in, your script runs, the action fires on Twitch and OBS right away. No polling, no "wait a few seconds". Write real TypeScript. Proper editor, autocompletion for every module you've connected. No block builder you'll outgrow in a week. Or just describe it. The AI writes the script against your actual setup, so the code is typed and you can still edit it. You plug in your own key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Mistral). Give your mods a Board. A control panel in the browser. No Stream Deck, no access to your PC. See what happened. Every run is logged: what executed, how long it took, what it printed. Plug in your own stuff. Custom modules connect over WebSocket. Scripts run server-side and OBS connects through a browser tab, so there's nothing to install. It's not really just for streaming Streaming is the focus right now, but nothing in the core is specific to it. A module is just something that connects over WebSocket and exposes events and actions, and everything flows through in real time. So in principle, you could automate pretty much anything that has internet access. Want to try it? It's still in active development, and free for now (paid tiers will come later). Public sign-ups are closed at the moment, but getting an account is easy: hop on the Discord (link on the site), tell me what you'd like to do with it, and I'll set you up. And I really am looking for testers, not only streamers! If you want to build a custom module, or use it for something that has nothing to do with streaming, even better. Try it, break it, tell me what's annoying. I'd love your take on Is it clear what this is after 10 seconds on the landing page? "Bring your own AI key": fine, or would you rather pay for bundled usage? If you stream or mod: what's the first thing you'd automate? Happy to answer any question about how it's built. Thanks for reading! 🙏 submitted by /u/Tilican [link] [comments]
