Athena listens to what matters to me, not what's due or urgent. Every morning it gives me a briefing on what's important and asks me one question each evening. It only knows what I've told it or approved, nothing enters without my ok, and I can export or delete all of it. Everything is built around signal to noise: if it has nothing worth saying, it says nothing. The uncomfortable finding after three months: people stop feeding it after about a week, so most of the work went into making capture cost nothing (the evening question, sending things from Claude via MCP).
