I've done technical due diligence on acquisitions for years at Amazon. This is typically a very time consuming process, taking weeks to months of back and forth with technical interviews with engineers and poring through code and architecture.<p>With borehole.dev, I've created a tool that automates quite a bit of the due diligence process using source control (GitHub, Gitlab, and more). The result is a deep report that helps a buyer understand the risks of the technology they are considering acquiring. Or if you are considering selling your company, you can run a report to anticipate the things a buyer might look at in the process of selling.<p>There is no AI involved in the checks, it's 100% code analysis and no model writes the reports.<p>It's free for public repositories!
