Background: I kept seeing companies where three spreadsheets tracked the same laptops and none matched. So I built a multi-tenant asset register (Next.js, Supabase, row-level security, UK-hosted) where every asset has one history, from purchase through transfers, stock checks and disposal. Things I’m proud of: transfers the recipient can be asked to confirm (and nobody can confirm their own), QR labels that carry only a random code, and finance figures hidden from people who don’t need them.
