I kept opening distracting apps without really deciding to, so I built something to interrupt that habit. DunyaPause is an iPhone app for Muslims: you choose distracting apps, and when you try to open one, it creates a pause and gives you a moment to read a few ayat of Quran before temporary access. I’m the developer. I’ve tried to keep the Quran part respectful, not as punishment, a reward mechanic, or something designed to keep you inside the app. For people who actually struggle with automatic scrolling: would this pause meaningfully interrupt the habit for you, or would you eventually tune it out? It’s available on iPhone and is 100% free, with no ads or subscription: Try it on AppStore Link Your feedback is appreciated. Thanks Community submitted by /u/essaidim [link] &#32
