been building this alone for about a year now, finally feel okay sharing it somewhere other than my own head. it's an AI companion called Ayra. she's got an actual 3d avatar (vrm), talks with a real voice, shows expressions instead of just sitting there like a static png. remembers stuff you told her before too, not just whatever fit in the last context window. the bit i'm actually proud of is a "watch together" thing — you throw on a youtube video and she reacts along with you in real time. took me way longer than it should have to get the timing right lol i did pretty much all of it myself. voice, avatar, backend, billing, the works. so yeah it's rough in places and i already know some of where. free to try, small paid tier if you end up talking to her a lot. ho
